SimpleScript ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

Email address — if you sign up for price alerts, we collect your email address solely to send you notifications when prices change for drugs you have searched.

Location data — we use your location (coordinates or ZIP code) to find nearby pharmacies and calculate drive times. This data is used only during your session and is never stored on our servers.

Drug selections — we record which drugs you search for in order to return pricing results. If you subscribe to price alerts, your drug selections are associated with your email address so we can send relevant updates.

Usage analytics — we collect anonymized usage data (e.g. which features are used, error rates) via PostHog to improve the application. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics events.

• To deliver price alert emails for drugs you have saved
• To calculate optimized pharmacy routes for your drug basket
• To improve application performance and fix bugs

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you subscribe to price alerts, you will receive emails only when prices change for your saved drugs. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request removal of your email address at any time by contacting us at info@simplescript.ai.

We retain your email address and associated drug list only as long as you are subscribed to price alerts. Upon unsubscribe, your data is deleted within 30 days. To request immediate deletion, email us at info@simplescript.ai.

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• PostHog — anonymized analytics
• Sentry — error monitoring
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
